Ladrah takes you on a musical journey through a diverse landscape of low lands and high altitudes. Ladrah came into existence when various seasoned Dutch rock and metal musicians decided to team up. The music they create is as engaging to the listener as it is invigorating to themselves to produce.

Vocalist Nick Holleman, best known for his work with Vicious Rumors, Powerized and Jeff Wayne’s War of The Worlds rock opera, sings stories that lead you to unexpected places.

Drummer Sander Zoer freed himself from any restraints and paves the way into new horizons with his thunderous grooves. You might know him from Delain, LEAH and Robby Valentine.

The Rhythm section is completed by former The Dust Connection Jorg Kurten who delivers the extra fundament on bass.

Progressive guitar riffs are taken care of by Ex Libris and Ayreon’s Bob Wijtsma, together with former Spool frontman Jeroen Hoegee.

Ladrah’s producer Nathan Cairo takes care of keyboards and grand piano.

Guest musicians:

Knight Area’s Mark Bogert provided symphonic guitar parts for the debut album, while acoustic contributions were made by Kingfisher Sky and ex-Within Temptation’s Ivar de Graaf.

Finally Sven Figee from Sven Hammond is responsible for roaring Hammond organ on various tracks. You might also know him from Dutch rock bands ‘Anouk’ , ‘Di-rect‘ and touring with Keith Caputo.

Never trying to deliberately fit any genre, Ladrah is packed with influences from, and references to the great variety of music its members enjoy listening to.
